Creating a New List (Daily) with Converted (New Accounts)

I would like to use Zoho Campaigns to import a list of new contacts every day that were created when the Lead was converted to an Account (From linked Zoho CRM). Our business process is such that a converted lead is a 'sign-up' in an external system. Until such time as we can connect an API I would like to know if this is possible (and how).

1) Lead is converted to Account. New Contact is created.
2) Daily Email is sent to this Contact with our Welcome email
3) Account or Contact is updated as to whether this email was opened (nice to have).
