We're working on bringing our collections person onto Zoho, to keep track of interactions he has with our customers. He never talks to the same person at a given account, so he liked the idea of just adding a note in the 'Notes for this Account' field.

the trouble is, I'd like to leave this component free for my salespeople who might want to leave notes at the account level. is there a way to 'duplicate' this component, and then rename it "Accounting Notes for this Account"?
