I have been following instructions found here:  https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/contacts/sync-with-zoho-crm.html#sync-contacts-from-accounts-module

I want to "Sync Contacts from Accounts Module."

According to the help page, I should have access to a Criteria option after selecting the Contacts module from the drop-down. There is no Criteria option that appears. At all.

Please help!
