CRM - Astuce #5 : Effectuer des actions en masses

Au programme du jour : éviter les répétitions grâce à la fonction "en masse". Gagnez du temps sur ces actions simples pour vous concentrez sur votre entreprise.

Allez dans le module concerné et cliquer sur les : (...)


 

Suppression en masse :
En travaillant sur de nombreux leads tous les mois il est normal qu'il faille supprimer ceux qui n'ont pas abouti pour garder un CRM en ordre. Pour cela vous pouvez utiliser la fonction Suppression en masse en décidant de supprimer tous les Contacts, Prospects ou autres correspondant un critère précis.


 
Mettre à jour en masse :
  • Cette fonction va vous permettre en changer "en gros" un critère.
  • Sélectionnez le critère à partir duquel vous souhaite effectuer les modifications.
  • Prenons pour exemple ici la ville "LA" que nous voulons changer avec "Los Angeles"

  • Cliquez sur Rechercher
  • Vous obtenez une liste des éléments correspondant
 

  • Sélectionnez les éléments
  • Cliquez sur Mettre à jour en Masse
 
  • Entrez la nouvelle valeur
 
Convertir en Masse :
Imaginons que vous rentrez d'un séminaire et que vous avez ajouté dans votre CRM Zoho les nouveaux Leads que vous avez rencontré. Au lieu de convertir manuellement ces Leads en Contacts vous pouvez utiliser la fonction Convertir en Masse.
  • Choisissez le critère Origine du Prospect, dans ce cas "Séminaire"
  • Sélectionnez les contacts qui s'affichent
  • Cliquez sur Convertissez en masse

  • Les critères sont pré-requis pour être transformés en Contact et Compte
