I have the contact rkapoor@csavagencies-india.com in Zoho CRM, and he is part of the contacts view 'SSCE campaign ALL contacts' which was synced number of times to Zoho Campaigns. However rkapoor@csavagencies-india.com has never been created in Zoho Campaigns.
