CRM contacts won't synch at all with Campaigns

I have been using Zoho for 2 years and am not a newbie to this process.  I grabbed the key from CRM and added it to Campaigns.  I have 2 syncs I need to perform.  I initially set them several minutes ahead as weekly.  Nothing happened.  Then I reset them several minutes ahead as one time.  Nothing happened.  Then again.  Nothing happened.  And again...you get the idea.  Meanwhile I have an urgent email that needs to go out and people are screaming at me.  Ready to move to another tool unless someone has a solution to this.
