CRM Forms not working in IE11

Our form on this page -- http://istart.com.au/subscribe/ doesn't work in IE11. Seems fine in Chrome and Firefox. You can populate the text boxes, but the submit button doesn't do anything.

Any ideas what we can do to make it work in IE, but not compromise Chrome and Firefox?
