I understand that for some reason there is a limit on the amount of syncs per month and because I am new to Zoho, through experimentation I have exceeded my limit (without actually ever sending anything).
Please could you reinstate my syncs so that I can use the Campaigns module that I pay for?
I would also like to know the reason why you have decided to put a limit on the number of sync as well as a clear explanation of how to avoid this happening again because the explanation on the site is not very easy to understand.
