I've been using the same custom email template for over a year now. Before, the custom button always worked just fine. The most recent email, however, seems to have a problem. When I test the email to our Outlook email accounts, the button doesn't display at all. I tried sending it to my gmail account and it displays as it should. However, when I went to save the test email as a PDF (something we must do for compliance purposes), the button once again disappeared. What is going on?
