Custom contact tag in Zoho Campaigns and CRM
Hi there,
We wanted to send out an email campaign with a custom tag in the subject line of our email. With the tag we wanted to include the Company name of the subscriber in the subject line. So we created a custom tag in Zoho campaigns and assigned "Account Name" as the field to fetch from in the CRM.
Once we created this and sent out the mailers, the emails included the contact first name and not the account name.

Please advise as to why this happened.
