Custom Function - Push data from CRM to Creator - Select fields from CRM and create record in Zoho Creator FORM

Hi All,

I would like to push data from CRM to Creator on the click on a Button.
In my Zoho CRM, I have created a Custom Button (SUBMIT ORDER) under "LEADS" module, so that when i click on the button for that particular lead, it should create a new record in Zoho Creator FORM.

Could you please help me in writing a custom function to do the same?
