Do any of you know if it's possible to create a workflow that sends an email when a certain percentage of the custom functions or webhooks are reached?

I'd like to have a monitoring system in my platform and I want to notify people from my organization through email when 80% of the custom functions or webhooks were used to prevent running out of them.

Do you know any way to create a workflow that does this?
