Customizing confirmation email & web page?

Is there a way to customize the confirmation email people receive after signing up for a list? And is there a way to customize the web page people see when they click the confirmation link in the confirmation email? If there is, let me know how. I looked throughout the campaigns site and help pages and couldn't find it.
