Delayed Emails due to Review Process Issue
My organization has decided to use ZOHO to send out customer notifications for time sensitive updates. On Friday we had to send out our first notice to partners that our servers were going to be down starting in 2 hours. Unfortunately when we went to send we had to send for review which cause a major issue seeing as our email needed to be sent out Immediately. We would like to use this service going forward, but often do not have even 2 hours heads up when an outage notice needs to go out.
What are the options to get our emails to go out immediately rather than sent to review?
