Delete/deactivate Zoho campaigns account
Hi,
We have purchased Zoho campaigns account. I want to add a User emma(dot)travers(at)purelogics-mail(dot)com in campaigns but Emma accidentally made a separate campaigns account before me. Now it says This email address emma(dot)travers(at)purelogics-mail(dot)com has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user.
We can't see a way to deactivate Emma's campaign account so I could add her as a user to our purchased version. Can you please help me out asap?
