deleted contacts will be removed from other's mailing list

deleted contacts will be removed from other's mailing list

When I go to delete contacts from my campaign account, I get the message that deleting it will delete it in 'other user's accounts." I have no idea what this means. I do NOT want to also delete the contacts or any info associated with the contacts from my CRM.
