Deleting contacts / Contacts Limit Issue

Hi,

For user  puneet.maheshwari , u nder contacts, there are a list of tagged user under contacts - > list management which is coming at around 12K approx. If you goto home -> dashboard, it shows 25K which is causing issue with our email campaign limit. We have to see if we could delete the one's not present in Contacts - List management. Please let us know if this is possible.
