Using the Desk API - 

How would I go about searching for a specific ticket  - no matter what department - and display the ticket number and the subject of the ticket? 

For instance if I had a search box on my website and I entered 71245  I would want it to return 

#71245 - Do you offer internet service in my area 

^ Ticket Number - ^ Subject of ticket.
