detect incoming calls right, correct allocation of incoming calls for workflow rules (calls -> leads)

hello, i have a question about processing incoming calls.

I use placetel with phonemondo.

However, my workflow does not work.

Module: leads
This rule will be executed when an incoming call is logged or modified.
This rule will be applied to incoming calls that match the listed conditions, from leads.
1 Call logged automatically
The lead must also match the below conditions.
1 Lead Status IS NOT EMPTY

Instant update: Update field


What I have noticed. I see this incoming call in the calls module.

Subject:
Incoming call, LEAD NAME LEAD COMPANY (missed)

This fits so far, the source phone number is assigned to LEAD NAME.
But there are other entries in the Contact and “related to” columns. Is this the reason? What is it all about? How do you get the assignment right so that the call triggers the call workflow?
