DKIM Sub domain

Hi,

I am trying to setup DKIM for Zoho Campaigns and I don't know what name I should use for the sub domain to assign the key to. I have managed to get the domain to verify for SPF correctly, but not DKIM.My domain is knowledgemedicalsystems.com
