I have been trialling Zoho Assist for the last few weeks and a really strange thing is occurring with file transfers; i can send or request to be sent a standard file type (.xlsx/.pdf/.docx) yet when it comes through to my download folder it is coming up as .dms file.....which I can't even attach to the forum.  

Also this .dms file has cropped up when I was attempting to connect Zoho Subscriptions to Zapier; it keeps sending me a .dms file that I can't open.  Can you please advise:

1) What is this file and why is Zoho Assist converting anything sent/received to this format? 

2) How does it get amended?
