Do you offer a time sensitive offer or link feature within e-mails in your automation creation feature.

Do you guys offer this feature. Time sensitive urls to offers. Like in an automation I want to add the feature that if someone opens an e-mail that that e-mail can contain a link to an offer that has an expiry date which is timed x days from when the person opens the e-mail.
