Maybe I am missing something extremely obvious but can someone please tell me where can I find comprehensive help files on the various ZOHO applications not just the minimal information provided from the help link in the application screen?

For example I want to learn how to embed local video files from my own computer into Zoho Notebook. The help link from the Notebook application tells me I can do this but does not offer instructions on how to do it....some help file!

Also I want to learn how to record either web video and audio content played on a web page or other source directly into Notebook and again the help file is silent on this and does not provide a link to any other help source.

ZOHO is a brilliant application but the help appears to be sadly lacking.
