If you have a 25,000 contacts limit and 20,000 contacts in your marketing list with 5,000 contacts in the bounce list (which were moved automatically by the Zoho system), your current contact count is 5,000 out of 25,000. I want to know whether this count of 5,000 is considered against my limit, preventing me from uploading new contacts until I upgrade my plan or manually delete contacts from the bounce list.

The reason I don't want to delete the bounce contacts from zoho is next time I upload, I might be uploading some contacts that were marked as bounce,d and don't want to filter bounce contacts manually before I upload contacts

Please help me with the above scenario
