Downgrading Link for ZOHO Creator does not work

Hi,

I want to downgrade my Zoho Creator from Basic to free, but the Link "Downgrade to the free plan" is not working, its not a real link at all! When I copy it and paste it, it gives me "javascript:;" and no Link. Can you please downgrade it manually for me? And do I need to pay this mnths fee even if I haven't used it at all?
