To whoever is actually listening at Zoho,
I am beyond frustrated with the persistent issue in Zoho Bookings where calendar entries keep getting duplicated from the CRM and Google calendars. This problem has been going on for far too long, and despite multiple discussions with your team, it remains unresolved.
Each time I reach out, I am passed around to different support members who seem unaware of previous conversations, forcing me to explain the issue from scratch repeatedly. This is unacceptable.
We have tried every solution your team suggested—none have worked. Yet, I continue to receive requests for "Edit access," which was granted long ago. This only confirms that the person handling my case has no clue about the history of this issue.
I was assured by a senior staff member, Sangeetha, that I would receive updates, but she has not followed up. Instead, I even received an email stating that my ticket was closed—despite the problem still existing.
For months, I have been asked to book online support calls, which are available only after long delays. Every time I do, I am told that the back-end team needs more time. This cycle has repeated over and over, with no resolution in sight.
Frankly, I have already stopped using Zoho Meetings due to the abysmal support. At this rate, it looks like Zoho Bookings is next. Can I expect a clear, actionable response without any delays or excuses?
