Duplication of elements in Canvas tabs

I am trying to create a Canvas template with tabs, with unique elements per tab.

Currently, elements that are on the Overview tab are pulling through to all tabs. If I delete these elements in any of the tabs, they delete on the Overview tab as well.

Essentially, I want to be able to add/remove elements *per tab* - at the moment they are duplicating.

Incidentally, I have created another template prior to this, where I did not have this issue.

Overview tab with elements I require:

Contacts tab - all elements from Overview tab are being pulled through, I only require the 'Contacts' element.

If I delete the additional elements, it deletes them from the Overview tab (and all other tabs) also.
