If the Lead 1 subscribes to Topics A & B (2 from 10 available). Can we create a template containing dynamic content and include it in automated workflow?

[TOPIC A] - 1st article

[TOPIC B] - 1st article

1 week after he automatically receives the Second newsletter with different content:

Hello, Lead 1. 

[TOPIC A] - 2nd article

[TOPIC B] - 2nd article

And the Lead 2 subscribes to Topics C & D & F. 

Hello, Lead 2. 

[TOPIC C] - 1st article

[TOPIC D] - 1st article

[TOPIC F] - 1st article

...etc. 

How can we achieve this? 

The main idea here is sending 1 letter instead of 2-3-4, depending on topics, chosen by lead. Thanks.
