Segmenting Contacts Based on Product Purchased
I am trying to organize our main Marketing Automation email list in a way that segments contacts based on products they have purchased (for example in this case it is 3 different products). To my knowledge, this would require the sync from Zoho CRM to include a field denoting the product this customer purchased, correct? If so then this may be more of a CRM-based question, but I am running into issues trying to organize the back end of the CRM in a way that makes sure all customers who have purchased a specific product are marked as having purchased that product, or something to that effect.Then that field can be synced directly over to Marketing Automation. Can anyone provide any insight on the best/simplest way to go about this?
