Editing Confirmation Emails

Hi. I opted to send an confirmation email to my email list subscribers upon subscription/resubscription. I want to edit the confirmation emails (for a subscription and for a re-subscription). How do I do that?

Here is the confirmation email for a new subscription:

Dear ,

Thank you for registering with [I want to replace "registering with" with "subscribing to the email list of"] Shaffer's High Sierra Camp, Inc..

To start receiving updates [I want to replace "updates" with "email"] , you need to do just one more thing - confirm your email address by clicking the link below.

If at all [I want to delete "at all", which is awkward English] this link does not work, you can also copy and paste the following URL in your browser window. Your subscription will be confirmed.
