Email Address Updated in CRM not updating in Contacts

If this was in another Topic, I apologize for the repeat.

I am syncing contacts from the CRM to our Campaign account, and noticed when we are changing the email address in Zoho CRM, it is creating a duplicate contact in our Zoho Campaign account. 

Example:

CRM Lead email address changed from rebecca@abc.com is changed to Sean@abc.com, will end up being 2 different contacts.  

Is there a way to have the email address deleted in Zoho Campaigns, if it was changed in the CRM?
