Hello, I have been using Zoho before, however I am practically new here. Moving from Gandi at the moment and thought that Zoho might answer our requirements, however hit a snag I am hoping someone will be able to help with.

We have some emails like "support@" that we need to have accessed by multiple people at the same time and Shared Mailboxes seemed like they are the way to go here, however after trying and looking at threads like this: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/where-to-find-the-sent-emails-from-a-shared-mailbox it seems that this is not possible.

What is the best way to have the above requirement fulfilled? To be more precise:

1. One group email (support@, etc.) for specific team members to access as needed

2. With ability to reply as (support@) by anyone in the team

3. Have inbox, outbox and possibly drafts folders.
