Email automation triggers - time and field updates

Hi,

Is there any way to schedule a an email (automation) based on recent visit. Say I want to send out an email to a contact 1 day after every time the visit our website? It seem like all options are focusing on pre-defined dates and not relative time.

Similarly, can I create an automation that triggers an email based on a field update - for example a visitor score rises above 1000?
