I am trying to set up an autoresponder to be sent out based on a previous autoresponder. How would I go about doing that?

Meaning I already have campaign ready and if the subscriber fails to open the initial campaign email, I would like an autoresponder to send out the same email again. After that if they open the autoresponder, I would like another email to reply with new information. Is this possible? If so, how do I go about using this?
