Email campaign issues

Email campaign issues

I am having an issue with an email address (my own) - if I send a test mail to this address it goes through fine.  If I then send out a campaign and include this email address I don't receive the email (although my colleague in the same domain does).  Zoho tells me the email has been delivered but I am not receiving it (although previously I have).

Any ideas why this may be the case?
