Email campaign opens, but edit the list first

Email campaign opens, but edit the list first

I want to email people who've opened the campaign email.

However, I want to remove contacts from that list who've replied and we've gotten into conversation.  Basically they've moved from a prospect to a conversation and I don't want them to get the prospecting emails anymore.


I see the link where I can send a campaign to the people who've opened my email; however I cannot edit that list.

Any tips or methodology to doing this?
