Email Cancelled?

Email Cancelled?

Dear Support,

I had an A/B test campaign scheduled to send last Thursday (10/26/17) at 11:30 AM. The email was approved promptly and sent the A/B test for subject lines at 11:30.

HOWEVER, the email was then CANCELLED with no explanation as to why? Please let me know what could have caused this cancellation and how I need to go about fixing the issue so it does not happen again in the future.

This is an urgent matter, as we need to resend the communication to our list today, but do not want another random cancellation. We need to be able to rely on the ZOHO Product to regularly send to our database.
