Hello my name is NaTanya and I am new to Zoho Campaigns, but not new to email marketing or ESPs. So right off the bat I noticed that in order to get reports I have to download per campaign basis. This seem very time consuming. Specially when I need to continuing mailing. Also I noticed that there's not a way to download (export) bounce reports. So my questions are:
1. Is there a way that I can download multiple campaign reports to a excel file?
2. Can I Export bounce reports(ie. email address with the associated bounce type hardbounce, softbounce,)
3. Can I Export Unsubscribes/ Opt Outs with the respective Campaign and Dates that the Subscriber unsubscribed or opted out.
4. Can I get reporting based on daily, Weekly, Monthly campaigns' sent (Basically a roll-up of all campaigns launch at a set or specific time)?
5. How many Admins are allowed per account?
I am sure I will have more questions but for now these are basic items that most email service providers have in their system that I can not seem to find in Zoho campaigns.
