Hi, I need assistance with our email campaigns not being delivered. I have authenticated our domain and set up the appropriate SPF and DKIM DNS records on the server, but I’m not receiving the email campaigns. I am personally subscribed to the audience list under two (non-gmail) email addresses, and I haven't received the last two campaign emails. They're not in spam or junk folder, I just didn’t receive them. 

Looking at the report from the latest campaign from 11/15, it shows 100% of the sent emails were supposedly delivered and zero bounces, but my emails were part of the 60% ‘unopened’ emails, which is definitely not the norm for this list. We had a very high open rate with Mailchimp.
