I got a 2 step verification from hootsuite, it got to spam, so I select mark as not spam, the message just disappear, couldn't find it anywhere, I generate a new verification email (multiple times) and never arrived, not in inbox or spam.

Now I can't receive emails from hootsuite and I can't enter my account.
