Email Notifications and Landing pages for New List subscribers for API

Hi
We're in the final stages of launching a new website built in Wordpress,
The site is a community for IT Pro's and we have several registration forms which are integrated with Zoho Campaigns through the API. People can sign up to join the community and give us a city preference but also register for events.
I've set up 8 new subscriber lists and once people sign up they receive the double opt in confirmation email. The challenge is that I want to edit the email notifications and pages that people will land on or receive. 
I've tried to edit several pages but they don't appear to save and I cannot find where I can edit the opt in confirmation email.
I'd appreciate any assistance.
