Email Replies Are Not Detected In Workflow Automation Even With Reply Tracking On
Hey I have a workflow automation setup.
I put my own personal email through the workflow to see how it would show my replies. I replied to the email yesterday and haven't seen anything come through. The email arrived in the other Gmail inbox. But Zoho seems unaware of the reply.
However reply tracking is enabled:
And in the email I see the reply-to address is a tracked address:
However after replying I still see nothing in Campaigns or CRM.
Am I missing something? What's going on?
I also have conditional waits setup based on a user reply. Which I'm guessing won't work if Campaigns isn't seeing the replies.
