Email Template Review and Modification

I need help to review and modify an email template.

I created my first work flow and an associated email.  I used a Zoho sports template for the email.  When reviewing the template before selecting it, I viewed it in different sized browser windows to inspect its responsiveness to different screen sizes.  I noticed two sizes and a bug.  The bug is when the width of the window is reduced a certain amount, then the width of the email expands back to full size.  I want to modify the template to allow for more than 2 sizes (I want an intermediate size for a tablet), and I want to make sure that if someone resizes their browser narrower than an iPhone or views the email in a phone narrower than an iPhone that the formatting does not revert to full width, as is currently the case.  How to I access this formatting code?

Next, after adding the content to the email template, I wanted to send it to my email address to view it on my phone and laptop.  I clicked on the Preview button but nothing happened.  In the Workflow window, I then clicked on the button "Send for Review" and found out that it did not mean that it would be sent (i.e. emailed) to me for review but sent to you for spam review, which then locked my work flow.  How do I send a test copy of the email to myself for review?
