Emails not being received by clients.

I sent out a two campaigns on the Friday the 28th March. I have been contacted by a client saying she never received the email and it shows up on campaigns for this client as unopened. The campaign went to 274 people, 236 of these are unopened. Why are clients not receiving the emails? I have got the client to check her spam/junk and her IT team have also checked her account and the email address is correct.
