Emails not being received by ZOHO

Emails not being received by ZOHO

Are there any currently known issues in Zoho regarding receiving emails? We are forwarding the emails from Office 365 the the zoho email address and nothing is getting through. We can see them hitting Office 365 but then they are never received in our support desk in Zoho. This is a major issue as it has now been out for potentially 18 hours(Last email that came through)

Any information would be appreciated.
