En panne depuis 2 semaines avec la synchronisation Campaign CRM

La synchronisation telle qu'elle m'a été présentée permet désormais de relier les champs des comptes et deals au contact.
Ce qui est une énorme avancée et que j'espérais depuis des années. Faire de la segmentation en B2B sans le comptes semble de toute façon impossible.
J'ai commencé le projet il y a près d'un mois et depuis près de 3 semaines maintenant les équipes de zoho n'arrivent pas à régler le problème de la synchronisation. 
Virer Marketing Hub alias Automation alias le produit qu'on attend qu'un jour il soit utile...mais que je n'attend plus 
Déconnecté et reconnecté CRM ; rien n'y fait 
Je lance la synchronisation immédiate et contrairement à tout ce qui est indiqué dans les documentations (très peu explicites) je ne vois nulle part la possibilité d'ajouter des champs compte et affaires.
Est-ce tout nouveau ce service de synchro Zoho Campaign new look ? 
Ce devrait être un rêve mais là ça devient cauchemardesque
