Hello, 

We send out notifications to people about rewards for renewing their software license early. I have created an autoresponder with a single email for each 30/60/90/120 day period where I manually add subscribers to a list who are eligible for the reward. The autoresponder is set to send after people are added to the list with and End-of-series action set to immediately remove these subscribers from the list after the email has been sent. However, after sending this morning I see everyone is still on the list. I had a similar issue with another autoresponder so I'm unsure how this is supposed to function. As of now, I've not seen the End-of-series actions remove people from the list as its supposed to. Is it better to do a single email as a Campaign rather than an Autoresponder? 

The ideal state (as this is how I was shown to do it in MailChimp) is to manually add email addresses of our contacts (already in a "master" contacts list in Zoho Campaigns) who should be getting the email. Once they receive the email and the data is sent back to Zoho CRM (I have fields indicating message status) they are removed from this list and are back in the master contacts list. I was hoping to automate this process based on CRM data but there are too many variables that make automation unreliable (already in communication with client so no need to send email, incorrect/missing data in Zoho CRM, chosen not to renew, etc.). Is this best practice or am I overlooking something that makes this method not the best choice?
