Ergonomic navigation

Hi,
I like your apps and will start a project with my team. But unfortunately, when I showed it to new people, they always be confused by navigation beetween apps.

1) Why when we log in, we don't go directly to Zoho Start? I love this page, but it's so difficult to find it... I like it for my documents, but I'm not able to see my shared documents by groups.
Can we able eventually be able to personalize our home page, like having link only to apps we used, documents, and recent events/documents?
2) Why I have sometime the possibility to "switch to", like in Writer, but I can't basculate outside Projects?
3) Finding shared document in left panel in Writer are not quickly find when we have mostly 1 group. We have to click 2-3 times, I'm sure it could be easier.
4) Why contacts added by Gmail account could't be use as "database" when I want to share a document?
5) Does the calendar implement in project will be eventually be used in Planner?
