Error in SalesIQ Chatbot: "Add Ticket" Card Fails with "Error" Route

Hello Zoho Community,

I'm encountering an issue with my Zoho SalesIQ chatbot. Previously, when the conversation flow reached the "Add Ticket" card, it successfully created a ticket in Zoho Desk. However, recently, upon reaching this card, the flow follows the "Error" route, and the ticket is not created.

I've verified the following:

  • The integration between SalesIQ and Zoho Desk is active.

  • No changes have been made to the bot's flow or the configuration of the ticket creation card.

  • The required fields in the Zoho Desk ticket layout have not been modified recently.

I've also reviewed the conversation logs in SalesIQ, but they don't provide specific details about the error.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or can provide guidance on how to resolve this problem?
