Zoho Campaigns only have option to send different confirmation emails per form.

But if you are using API or thirdparty forms you cant have different confirmation emails. :-(
This is the reason why other professional newsletter services like getresponse have option to send different confirmation emails per subscribers list. Why zoho still not have this basic option of every newsletter leader? :-(
